Born From a Single Belief

bestnursinghouse was founded in 2003 by architect Vikram Nair with a conviction that luxury housing in India could aspire to something greater than mere opulence — that it could aspire to genuine beauty, structural honesty, and a profound sense of belonging.

Beginning with a single hillside villa in Lonavala, Vikram's philosophy of "architecture as biography" — designing spaces that reflect the life stories of those who inhabit them — quickly earned Dream Nest a reputation that spread quietly and powerfully through India's most discerning circles.

Today, bestnursinghouse is a team of 180 architects, interior designers, landscape curators, and construction specialists operating across Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Delhi, and internationally. Our portfolio encompasses over 240 completed residences with a combined value exceeding ₹4,200 Crore.

But the number that matters most to us is simpler: the number of families who have told us that walking into their Dream Nest home felt — for the first time in their lives — like coming home.

2003

The First Villa

Vikram Nair completes the inaugural Dream Nest project — a hillside retreat in Lonavala that wins the Maharashtra Architectural Society's Best Residential award.

2007

Mumbai Expansion

Dream Nest opens its first Mumbai studio in Bandra West and breaks ground on the city's most anticipated luxury apartment complex — Aurelius I.

2011

Goa & Coastal Projects

The Ivory project in Goa wins three national design awards and places Dream Nest on the international architectural map for the first time.

2015

100th Project Milestone

Dream Nest delivers its 100th completed residence — Pinnacle Manor — a landmark estate in Coorg celebrated at an architectural gala attended by India's foremost designers.

2019

Sustainability Commitment

Dream Nest commits to carbon-neutral construction by 2030, pioneering solar-passive design and materials sourcing across all new projects.

2023

International Debut
